This Privacy Policy explains how Elbi Solutions FZCO, trading as Elbi Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles personal data collected through www.elbi.digital (the “Site”). We are the controller of that data.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or discovery-call request, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message, and, where you choose to provide them, your telephone number and company name.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard technical data for every request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. These logs exist to operate and secure the Site.
We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media tracking on this Site, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
2. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement — because you asked us to, and because it is in our legitimate interest to answer people who contact us.
- To operate and secure the Site, including detecting and investigating misuse — our legitimate interest in keeping the Site working and protected.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where these apply to us.
We do not use your enquiry details for marketing unless you have asked us to.
3. Where your data is stored
The Site runs on servers operated by Amazon Web Services in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, in India. Our business email is provided by Google Workspace. This means your data may be processed outside the country you are in. Where such a transfer involves personal data protected under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the EU/UK GDPR or comparable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations; and
- authorities or advisers where we are legally required to do so.
5. Third-party content on the Site
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address and basic request data. We do not control that processing; it is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out.
7. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent where our use relies on consent, and complain to your data protection regulator.

8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, administrative access is restricted and password-protected, and file editing from the browser is disabled. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending confidential information through the Site’s forms.
9. Children
The Site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version on this page is the current one, and the date above shows when it last changed.
