Elbi works through three fixed-price services. AI Consulting finds the first move worth making and sizes it. AI Automation builds the system and puts it into production. AI Enablement gets a team fluent enough to use AI well day to day. Most clients start with one and, if it goes well, continue into another.
What distinguishes the practice is measurement. Every build starts with a graded set of real cases and the correct answers attached, so the claim that something improved can be checked rather than asserted — and so your engineers can keep changing the system safely once we have gone. Every strategy engagement ends with sizing you can hand to a finance team, including the arithmetic.
We are deliberately small and senior, running two or three engagements at a time. The people who scope your work are the people who do it. There is no account-management layer, no bench, and no vendor commission shaping which model we recommend.
